Club Facilities

Five courts, two glass backed, in excellent condition with viewing balcony. Heating controlled by thermostat and well lit. Changing facilities with showers and lockers. 

After your game you would be very welcomed in the bar upstairs (open every evening and during the afternoon over the weekend). There is parking at the club and this is accessible 24 hours.

Competitions & Tournaments

Along with the minileagues there are a number of competitions played throughout the year. These range from social fun tournaments, through mixed handicapped competitions to the open club championship where the best player wins. Much silverware, squash equipment, bottles of plonk and of course the important club kudos available to be won. 

Minileagues

Throughout the year the club runs mixed minileagues. This allows players of all standards to get games with players of similar ability. Minileagues are usually made up of 5 or 6 players with each minileague lasting 5 weeks (winter) or 7 weeks (summer). Each match is the best of 5 games, and we use the PAR 15 (point a rally) scoring system. 

Court Booking

We run an excellent on‐line booking system that allows you to book games up to 2 weeks in advance from the comfort of home or from a PC at the club. A monitor in the squash courts reminds you which court you booked!

Coaching

We have experienced and qualified coaching for all levels and ages. Coaching makes a real difference and is recommended at whatever level you play at.

Teams

The Grange Squash club sports six Open teams, two ladies teams and a National League team.  We are always looking for new players. Please contact us for further information.

Guests

Guests are welcome for a nominal fee of £5 a game, with a limit of 1 guest a month during peak hours and we ask that you only bring the same guest three times in any 12 month period.

Juniors

Juniors (under 16's) are welcome to join the club. Coaching is offered throughout the week and junior tournaments are organised within the club and interclub.
